How to Use:

1. Loosen the fasteners on the calf and foot straps. Slide the foot through the calf strap so the support rests on top of the foot.
2. Adjust the position of the support so the calf strap is about 2 inches above the ankle bone. Adjust both sides of the calf strap for a snug fit.
3. Center the wider portion of the foot strap under the ball of the foot. Attach the fastener on the wider end of the foot strap to the top of the support. Pull the toes up, wrap the remaining strap around the foot, and attach the fasten.
